Origins

StormCats are creatures who originally come from an ancient galaxy far away, called the "Kodai Galaxy,"

however they are universal creatures and can be found anywhere. There is only a small group of StormCats who traveled across universe and have come as far as our own planet Earth. These StormCats are our guardians who protect us from the Darksiders of the Underworld, and evil creatures who possess dark energy and power.

Physical Traits

It can actually be pretty difficult to identify a StormCat

from other cat species.

The StormCats' key physical features are their long ears, long tail, and wind feathers.

Another important feature is a StormCat's paws.

Their front paws are more hand-like, with five fingers tipped with sharp non-retractable claws. The back paws have five toes as well, almost like humans. StormCats can vary greatly in size as well, they can be as small as a domestic cat and grow to be as big as a bus.

During the great war, the StormCats came together and combined their powers to create a great storm in the form of a super hurricane to defeat the Darksiders of the UnderWorld.

The storm sense

Another important trait that all StormCats possess is their "stormy scent," StormCats are best noted to carry an "earthy" smell called "petrichor," this particular scent comes from the general moisening of the ground. Theoretically, when a StormCat walks the land, water in the form of sweat from their bodies runs down their legs to the ground and gives life to the earth.
Humans find this a musky, fresh or generally pleasant smell, and comes as a sharp and sweet zing to the nostrils.
So when you think you are "smelling rain" in the air, you could be smelling a StormCat as well.

Storm Brewers

StormCats can be spotted before, during, or after a storm, mainly a rain event. sitings are very rare but are sometimes reported by human storm chasers and scientists who study and forcast the weather on earth.

StormCats are the ones responsible for creating great storms, it takes great strength and a lot of energy to create a storm, the stronger the StormCat is, the stronger the storm itself will be. However, because of these factors, StormCats don't always create storms directly and not often, which puts them to blame for storm events on earth that form naturally by conditions in the atmosphere, these conditions can be influenced by the StormCats. Storms can form when a StormCat is aggressive or engaged in a fight with a dark creature from the Underworld, a StormCat can harness the power and energy of the storm itself to eliminate threats and defeat enemies.
