Eyes

StormCats have large forward facing eyes that are similar to a domestic cat. The pupils can be round or slitted, depending on the brightness of the environment. Interestingly, the pupils can also provide insight on their mood or state-of- mind, for example, if the pupils dialate to round circles, the StormCat is happy or content, if the pupils are slitted to thin vertical lines, the StormCat is aggressive or feels threatened.

The iris is a unique structure in a StormCat's eyes and forms a firy diamond shaped pupil when partially dialated.

The eyes of a StormCat are very unique. There are many colors that the eyes can have, StormCats will normally possess a single color in both eyes, however in a rare case, some indidviduals can have multi-colored eyes, such as one green eye and one brown eye. The color of the eyes is greatly influenced by the realm of which a StormCat lives.

A StormCat living in Paradise may possess silver or golden eyes, a StormCat living in Arrokai might have blue, purple, or a rare pink color. Another StormCat living in Terrakai may possess green or brown eyes. A "Dark StormCat" from the UnderWorld may have red, orange or firy yellow eyes, some individuals may even possess colorless black eyes, but this is a very rare case.

StormCat eye colors will normally change to red if they become corrupted by darkness and fall to the Underworld from the higher realms. When Shocky was taken to the Underworld by Thanatos, she did not become fully corrupted and her eyes remained green because she was created with pure energy.
